Today, I run Kapa99, a successful productized service offering affordable, unlimited graphic design services for a monthly flat fee. Born on a late December evening in 2014, the concept behind Kapa99 didn't just helped put the first building stones to initiate the productized services revolution, it reshaped my life. Kapa99 is more than a successful business to me; it's my passion and a testament to my freedom and autonomy. Despite a complex journey, it's delivered a fulfilling transformation in my life, and I want to help you do the same.

Before Kapa99, I was entangled in the daily operations of a family-run restaurant, managing everything from logistics to marketing. One of the unexpected challenges was the constant demand for various graphic designs - from social media posts to vibrant menu designs. I had some Photoshop skills, but the sheer volume was overwhelming, and hiring a full-time graphic designer was beyond our budget.

During the holiday season, nestled amidst the warm glow of Christmas lights, I was captivated by a book, The 7 Day Startup by Dan Norris.

The author's tale of establishing and ultimately selling a WordPress service business to GoDaddy left a profound impression. His business model - offering unlimited WordPress help for a fixed monthly fee - sparked an idea in me.

Why couldn't a similar model work for graphic design? Why couldn't there be an affordable, unlimited graphic design service? This could be a game-changer for small businesses like ours.

With a surplus of holiday time on my hands, and my then-girlfriend-now-wife, a skilled graphic designer, by my side, the concept felt within reach. I saw an opportunity and knew it was my responsibility to bring it to life.

Fast forward to the present, the success of Kapa99 has exceeded our wildest expectations. The need for cost-effective, unlimited graphic design was widespread, and our team works tirelessly every day, understanding the importance of the service we provide.

Our journey and mission continue to be grounded in our initial inspiration: to save customers' time, money, and frustration by meeting their graphic design needs efficiently.

Inspired by this transformative experience, I've founded ProductizeNow. Here, I want to share my knowledge, starting with a free framework of everything that I have learned in the past 10 years to assist others in productizing their skills, guiding you from zero to one.
